Now this caught me completely off guard. Today IGN Movies premiered the red band trailer of upcoming film 'Drive' starring Ryan Gosling and needless to say it looked fantastic. Check it out for yourself.
Gosling plays a Hollywood stunt driver who moonlights as a getaway and eventually gets a contract put on his head when a job goes wrong. I at first thought it sounded fairly generic and that is why I took little notice of the film...until now.
In addition to Gosling there is recent Oscar nominee Carey Mulligan ('An Education', 'Never Let Me Go'), the most wanted man in Hollywood Bryan Cranston ('Breaking Bad'), Christina Hendricks ('Mad Men') and the always awesome Ron Perlman ('Hellboy', 'Sons of Anarchy'). That is one incredible cast with many of the actors currently being on some of the best shows on television.
'Drive' is in cinemas in the UK in September this year and it is one that is certainly on my radar now.
